COVID-19 Cleaning
We are a certified “Clean It Right” establishment, having been trained on enhanced COVID cleaning practices. As part of best COIVD cleaning practice, while you are our guest, we will not enter your room for cleaning, changes of towels or bed linens unless invited to do so.
Room Rates
Rates are based on two-person occupancy, except for the Rose Room, which is based on up to 4 persons. Charge for each additional person in the room (where possible) is $15. Please note that all rates are per night. Taxes are not included.
Pet-friendly
We are happy to welcome up to 2 well-mannered pets (and their well-mannered owners) in either the Orchid or Rose rooms for an additional $25 per stay.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is after 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. Our check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please let us know in advance if you require a different check-in or check-out time.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel, please do so by 3 p.m. two days prior to your scheduled check-in date. Less notice will result in first night charge if we are unable to re-book your room(s).
Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, the price is subject to change.
Smoking
The property interior is a completely smoke-free environment; however, giving consideration to other guests, smoking may be enjoyed on the front veranda, or anywhere in the grounds.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us here at the Delft Haus. We shall ensure information is fairly and lawfully processed. The information requested from you, the customer, will be adequate, relevant and not excessive for the purpose of booking or making an inquiry on the website. The information stored will not be kept for an excessive amount of time and it shall not be passed on to third parties. By your continued use of our website you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
