HOW A $2000 MATTRESS MAKES THE DIFFERENCE Getting a fantastic nights sleep is probably the most important requirement while on vacation. We knew this when we took over the Delft Haus. This is why we put in nothing but the best everywhere and the mattresses were the first consideration. We use independent pocket coil Simmons Beauty Rest professional mattresses. Our guests not only comment on how magnificent their sleep is, but most want to know what the make of the mattress is. Too often this has been the downfall of many accommodations. Everything looks fantastic on the outside, but what about the things you can't see. It actually costs more in the end because they need to replace the mattresses more often, which they rarely do. NOT HAVING TO EAT LUNCH EACH DAY SAVES YOU MONEY At the Delft Haus we serve such a hearty 100% home made hot breakfast, that you rarely need to eat lunch before supper. Seven out of ten guests tell us how they saved a lot of money this way, especially families. Skipping a major lunch stop while touring also means you will not have to interrupt your seaside adventure just to find a location to eat.
